Return Policy

At Posdma, we aim to provide customers with a clear and fair return process. Please review the information below before submitting a return request.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return, items must be in unused condition, remain in their original packaging, and include any accessories or components originally provided. A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These may include:

  • Pet products that have been used, opened, or altered after delivery

  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional at the time of purchase

Items returned with signs of use, missing components, or without original packaging may be declined or may qualify only for a partial refund.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@posdma.com and include your order number along with the reason for the return. Returns submitted without prior approval may not be accepted.

If the return request is approved, customers will receive detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will assist in reviewing the issue and determining an appropriate resolution.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution processing times.


Late or Ineligible Returns

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted. Items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria may be declined or refunded at a reduced amount, depending on their condition upon arrival.
